PROGRAM:
    Three-story building with two floors of medical offices and one studio apartment on small (30’x50’) and restrictive site.

CONCEPT:
   Maximum use of existing walls allowed larger footprint despite the zoning restrictions. Organizing street-level’s 1st floor entry, allowing inexpensive H/C access. Studio terrace overlooking adjacent low-density area received views to Atlantic Ocean.
