PROGRAM:
Alteration of an old building designed by Aalto and addition
of Concert hall to create world-class art and music facility.
CONCEPT:
Continuous ramp through the existing building to serve as the museum's
exposition. Also an intentionally simplified glass addition was made to
articulate existing old-fashioned façade as a contrast to the egg-shaped
volume of the new concert hall.
