PROGRAM:
6-9 story building in historical part of Kiev.
CONCEPT:
Strict Zoning and Landmarks area requirements influenced building’s
shape, while to mitigate street noise, all apartments have bedrooms looking
to the rear yard. The front wall was enhanced with special ventilation openings.
