Merit Award-2003, AIA Brooklyn Design Competition

PROGRAM:
    One-family residence with garage, complete alteration with maximum use of existing structure.

CONCEPT:
   Preserve existing building envelope, as well as existing split-level structure. Extend additional story and completely refurbished interior, completely reshape silhouette and modernize façades. Rear façade provides openness and light for the Basement and 1st floor to create dialogue between rear yard and interiors.
