CONCEPT:
    Composition is focused around the largest tree on site, carefully crafting yards around formal entry and around the swimming pool, separating both from the service entry and garage. Different levels of yards created to expose light and nature. Central stairs is spiraling around the three-story winter garden and serving as a point of attraction for all levels of interior.
