PROGRAM:
    Provide complete refurbishing of an extremely neglected foreclosed house, at minimum cost, while occupied by residents.

CONCEPT:
   Building a new roof silhouette above existing, thus allowing safe livable conditions. Then completely rework the 2nd floor, while residents live on 1st floor, and vice versa. While the plan was changed completely, a substantial part of partitions and practically all walls were saved at the same time the preexisting chaos was eliminated. Despite all obstacles, ultimately the house was reshaped into a well-organized spacious contemporary place for a large family, planned by owners.
