PROGRAM:
    One-family house complete renovation and enlargement.

CONCEPT:
    House was built on existing foundations, though structurally, stylistically and organizationally changed completely, utilizing corner location. Street façade facing West received maximum protection from the low sun Summer overheat, while on the contrary, rear façade was opened to the maximum Morning sun and light for Living and Family areas. Large scale shapes and cubic volume accentuated the house on the street.
