    Enlargement and complete refurbishment to luxury house.

CONCEPT:
    House was built utilizing existing foundations. Main interior spaces are overlooking South-East Rear Yard, enhanced with panoramic views and marina. Large scale of front elevation and modern shapes are stunningly visible, while rear elevation comfort and entertain, creating private resort within the city.
