NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority (Project Architect with BTA)

PROGRAM:
    MTA regional operation shop with garages and offices.

CONCEPT:
   Design combines large openings to increase light from the street with security of whole glass block system, which contrasts to the brick walls and bronze cladding columns. Building covers half of the block in manufacturing district and intends to bring new life into the largely neglected city area.
